I love seafood! I grew up surrounded by water and my dad was a fisherman. One of his favorite dishes when we go out to Chinese Restaurant was Squid with Ginger & Green Onion. Here is my version to this dish:
Ben's Fav. Squid with Ginger & Green Onion
- 2 tubes calamari or squid sliced thinly
- 2 T. fresh ginger sliced thinly
- 2 stalks green onion sliced thinly
- 1 T. sesame oil
- 2 T. oyster sauce
